New shader and some fixes.

Hey everyone, here to share some fixes and new stuff to the game.
Also, special shoutout to Letspaintvr the unoficial beta tester and graffiti wizard.
first the shader:
now the game is able to handle transparenci much better than before, also the particle hardness to better to show as paint insted of a buch of circles Xd
better for dusty fill ins and flares.
also the crosshair offset is fixed
this is the previous crosshair, as you can see the can was breaking when the can goes to the laterals
now it just follow the mouse
for the end, im adding some transparency to the cans, soo you can see whats happening behind the can
this may be kinda bugged but i dont think its a big problem.
